How to sign up for street sweeping alerts

Street sweeping season is back! Starting March 1st, street cleaning resumes in parts of Boston, including the South End. Avoid the hassle (and cost) of getting towed by setting up alerts to remind you when it's time to move your car. Follow this step-by-step guide to stay ahead of parking restrictions!

To sum it up, here’s how to set up your street sweeping alerts:

  1. Go to http://www.cityofboston.gov/sweeping

  2. Search by Street name OR Day/District you’d like to receive alerts for


  3. Select the alerts you want


  4. Enter your email address

  5. Pick your preferred alert time

  6. Click “Add Streets”

  7. Check your email & confirm your subscription!
